Ingredients:

1 bowl of chopped fennel, 2 onions chopped, 350gr of water, Flour, salt,pepper, oil for frying

Method: Mix all the ingredients and make a thick porridge

Put the mixture into the hot oil with a spoon in small portions. Once they are browned on both sides, take them out on absorbent paper towels. Served hot. Enjoy!
