These 75 square meter houses are usually preferred by families or groups of friends who wish to share their vacation in Serifos. They provide one room with a double bed and one more, open-plan room (without door partition) which may accommodate two people, all equipped with COCO-MAT sleeping systems. They also include an extended lounge area and a private terrace, giving the chance to the whole group to enjoy a wonderful view over Vagia beach.
The Family Residence accommodates 4 guests – max. 5 people upon request on extra charge per person per day.
*Please note that due to the hotel’s location and building particularities (different levels and many stairs), extra care should be taken of younger residents (children under the age of 10) visiting COCO-MAT Eco Residences Serifos.
