COCO-MAT Eco Residences Serifos hotel offers two types of reservation policies, depending on your schedule and desired payment method.

The Flexible Policy requires a 30% deposit of the total amount for your stay, payable during the reservation process and you pay the remaining balance upon your arrival. If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your arrival, there is no extra charge and the deposit is refunded. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date, then 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. In case of no show, premature departure or arrival after the reserved dates, 100% of total accommodation or remaining accommodation charges will be charged.

The Non Refundable Policy is applied on special rates and requires full payment for the whole duration of your stay. Changes are not permitted in these bookings and all payments are non-refundable.
Please note than no refund is given either in case of cancellation or no show, since this policy applies only to special offers made on these terms.

All rates are applied per residence for the number* of guests accommodated as per each residence’s description and include all taxes and Greek breakfast.

Please keep in mind that prior written acknowledgement from COCO-MAT Eco Residences Serifos is necessary for the confirmation of any booking!

*Number of guests accommodated in each type of residence:

• One Bedroom Residence: price quoted for 2 guests – may accommodate up to 3 guests, upon request and availability, on extra per day charge
• Two Bedroom Residence: price quoted for 4 guests – may accommodate up to 5 guests, upon request and availability, on extra per day charge per person
• Family Residence: price quoted for 4 guests – may accommodate up to 5 guests, upon request and availability, on extra per day charge per person

Children Policy

Please note that due to the hotel’s location and building particularities (different levels and many stairs), extra care should be taken of younger guests (children under the age of 10) during their stay at COCO-MAT Eco Residences Serifos.

All children under the age of 10, may be accommodated in cots/extra bed/sofa free of charge. Each room may facilitate a maximum of one extra bed or cot. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Regular guest charges apply for children above the age of 10, depending on the total number of guest and the type of residence selected.

COCO-MAT Eco Residences Serifos offers no extra children facilities (play ground, baby seats, baby baths etc.)
